Dooritt, an emerging AI-powered PropTech platform delivering immersive VR/AR property experiences through Meta VR headsets, is positioning itself as a global technology platform built from India for the world.

Speaking about the company’s vision, Dooritt Founder KS Bhatia said here on Wednesday that the rise of India’s startup ecosystem and innovative companies like Dooritt became possible because of the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said India would not have emerged as the world’s third-largest startup ecosystem without PM Modi’s consistent support for entrepreneurship, startups and innovation.

Bhatia highlighted that nearly 95 per cent of India’s more than 130 unicorns were created during the PM Modi era. Recalling an early milestone in his entrepreneurial journey, he said he was mentioned by Sundar Pichai during the first Digital India event in Silicon Valley held in the presence of PM Modi.

Dooritt is currently operating across three countries and plans to expand into seven more nations within the next six months. The company recently announced the launch of the world’s first AI-powered IMAX-like real estate Experience Centres in Noida and Chandigarh, with future expansion planned across Gurgaon, Delhi, Ludhiana and Jaipur.

Dooritt’s Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Aagman Bhatia has also been inspired by PM Modi’s vision since childhood. During his school years, he developed SwachhBharat.in immediately after the launch of the Swachh Bharat campaign from the Red Fort.

The company recently shifted its operational base from Mohali to Noida to leverage a stronger startup ecosystem and wider opportunities for innovation and expansion.

Aagman Bhatia said Dooritt aims to transform global property-buying behaviour by making AI the most trusted advisor in real estate. He said convenience, transparency and wider choices would emerge as the biggest game changers for the industry.

“We are teaching the world a new way to buy properties. Earlier, western countries disrupted our traditional systems. Now India is building technology platforms that will redefine global real estate,” said Aagman Bhatia.
